This was a mammoth project! In this event case study we delve into parts of the process of creating the “Land of Yggdrasil” and how we can transform exhibition spaces.

Littlewoods Greatest Showman

The Women’s Guild In Oman
We were commissioned to work on an exciting new production in the Middle East. Our client was The Women’s Guild in Oman, who wanted to embrace a circus theme for their 2019 annual Crystal Ball charity celebration.
To complete this challenge we flew our team over 5,000 miles to put on an event that came to be known as “The Greatest ShOman”. Check out our event case study here.

Kidsfest 2021
Lee Valley Animal Adventure Park’s ‘KidsFest’ event was planned for the whole summer- spanning 40 days in total, from 26th July to the 3rd September, for the full 6 weeks school holiday break.
Predicted sales estimated upto 1000 visitors each day- no problem for a site so large, and resulting in a lot of guests to interact with.

East Midlands Trains’ Monkey Business
East Midlands Trains asked us to create something fun, unusual and circusy to mark this changeover East Midlands Trains organised a special employee charter train to celebrate their successes over the previous 11 years of the franchise.
However the added challenge was that it had to be able to take place on the narrow aisles of a charter train.
