i2i Marketing approached us to deliver live entertainment for Blue Dragon’s ‘Win A Fortune’ Lunar New Year £1,000 cash prize competition in partnership with Morrisons supermarkets.
To meet that ambition, we proposed our magnificent 7m LED Chinese dragon, and with seven locations in just five days it created a fast-paced and demanding schedule.

Dino Day at Eureka!
Halifax BID partnered with Eureka!, the National Children’s Museum, to fund and support ‘Dino Day at Eureka!’.
In this event case study we cover how the event was as part of the museum’s “six weeks of summer fun” programme held throughout the six weeks school holidays.

RED BULL SOAPBOX 2024
The legendary Red Bull Soapbox returned to the UK for the first time since 2022.
Thousands of spectators gathered to watch 59 teams take on the challenge, with London’s iconic Alexandra Palace providing the action packed 420-metre downhill course which was televised on Red Bull TV, and documented in our event case study.

Ellie wanted to have a 21st birthday party to end all birthday parties – so what better theme to incorporate than the excess and extravagance of the Moulin Rouge.

The Light Cinema wanted to make their guest’s viewing experience even better with a very special viewing- one with animatronic dinosaurs gatecrashing the trailers, roaming the venue and greeting guests on their arrival.
Our Dino Rangers accompanied by a newly hatched Triceratops, baby Stygimoloch and Nova the 4 metre Velociraptor made themselves at home in the luxurious cinema.

Lee Valley came to us request a Christmas experience where families were taken on a musical tour across the farm, visiting various festive characters and locations finally reaching Santa Claus as their last stop.

In 2021, as UK nightclubs began to reopen and evening events slowly returned after the Covid-19 Lockdown, we were asked by a long term client to assist with their new special Halloween themed event.
“Trapped in Wonderland” was a freaky spin on a classic theme, held in one of London’s most iconic venues and made for a great event case study.

Go Smarter, Go Active Roadshow
In summer 2021 Transport North East launched the first ever Go Smarter Go Active Roadshow.
With events running throughout July and August at various locations across the North East the Go Smarter Go Active Roadshow provided a mix of free drop-in cycle training sessions, learn to ride sessions, bike maintenance 101, adult refresher courses, and ‘try a bike’ sessions.

KIDSFEST 2021
Lee Valley Animal Adventure Park’s ‘KidsFest’ event was planned for the whole summer- spanning 40 days in total, from 26th July to the 3rd September, for the full 6 weeks school holiday break.
Predicted sales estimated upto 1000 visitors each day- no problem for a site so large, and resulting in a lot of guests to interact with.

Each year they come to us with exciting requests to make their event even bigger and better.

HALLOWTWEEN 2020: FREAKSHOW
York Maze runs two seasonal Halloween events each year – Hallowscream and hallowtween. Hallowscream is York Maze’s adult-oriented, immersive Halloween experience. Hallowtween, on the other hand, is aimed at families and younger guests aged between 10 and 15 years old.
14 days in total, 132 shows performed, 56 covid tests taken, and 0 positive test results!

East Midlands Trains asked us to create something fun, unusual and circusy to mark this changeover East Midlands Trains organised a special employee charter train to celebrate their successes over the previous 11 years of the franchise.
However the added challenge was that it had to be able to take place on the narrow aisles of a charter train.

Twisted Circus Tour 2019
Expanding on previous year’s popularity the Twisted Circus Tour took Halloween 2019 by storm.
Spanning across 5 cities, over 2 dates, it boasted some of the most outrageous entertainment and some of the hottest UK in DJ’s culminating in an unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance.

An International Steampunk Ball
The Edwardian Ball was the pinnacle of the weekend adventure and Bouvet wanted it to be perfect.
So they asked us to help create a Steampunk/sci fi entertainment package that would suit their Edwardian ball theme but also give a subtle nod to the future given the tech nature business of Bouvet brand, which we have documented in this event case study.
The Women’s Guild In Oman
The Greatest Sh'Oman
We were commissioned to work on an exciting new production in the Middle East. Our client was The Women’s Guild in Oman, who wanted to embrace a circus theme for their 2019 annual Crystal Ball charity celebration.
