They may only have been around for a few years but they are certainly making waves in the industry, being recognised for their commitment to precision, industry knowledge, and personalised service which sets them apart, making them the go-to choice for both candidates seeking fulfilling career opportunities and organisations seeking the best fit for their workforce.

Stage One: The Brief

What better way to celebrate 3 years in business that with a charity auction raising money for the Salvation Army Christmas Toy Appeal  …and what better form of charity auction than a Masquerade Ball!

The brief was simple, the ladies over at Maintech Recruitment wanted an evening full of mystery and enchantment featuring masked stilt walkers, a mesmerising fire performer and an electrifying LED performer, all topped off with a live band to really get the party started.

Stage Two: The Venue

The event was to be held at Hawkesyard Hall, an estate with almost 200 acres of Parkland. This Grade II listed venue was the perfect setting with its unique charm and character quite fitting for a masquerade ball.

The grand ballroom was decorated with atmospheric lighting and balloon arches in gold, red and black to really help set the scene. It was even kitted out with a fresh hog roast barbecue which was fired up after the speeches, drink and the all important auction as the night went on.

Stage Three: The Welcome

As guests arrived at the masquerade ball, adorned in elaborate masquerade masks, they were greeted by a fire performer who twirled, spun, and manipulated flames with grace and precision. The guests watched in fascination as the fire performer set hearts alight with the intensity of her flames.

The event was being photographed by Elisa Matei of Deer Rugeley Photography, who did a fantastic job of capturing the evening.

Stage Four: The Ball Room

As guests mingled and sipped on exquisite cocktails, the masquerade ball came alive with stilt walkers gliding gracefully on towering stilts, their enigmatic costumes and intricate masks adding an aura of enchantment to the evening.

They moved with elegance, captivating the crowd with their surreal and mysterious presence. Their masks concealed their identities, adding an element of intrigue, and they interacted with the guests, creating an immersive atmosphere and posing for photos.

Stage Five: Party Time!

The pinnacle of the night was reached when the live band took to the stage, playing a blend of classical and contemporary music that had guests twirling in their lavish gowns and tuxedos. This was combined with the LED performer who weaved a tapestry of vibrant colours and patterns through a series of intricate moves with her specialised LED equipment.

Maintech Recruitment’s Masquerade Ball proved to be an event of true wonder, fusing tradition with innovation, and captivating the hearts and imaginations of all who attended. As the night drew to a close, the memories of masked stilt walkers, a mesmerising fire performer, an electrifying LED artist, and a live band’s enchanting melodies would linger in the hearts of the guests, leaving a legacy of mystique and splendour that would be talked about for years to come.
