Act Sign Up

At Oddle Entertainment we are always looking out for new, unique and exciting acts to add to our growing roster of entertainment.

Each year we book live performers to appear at thousands of weddings, corporate events and private parties all over the UK and internationally.

Oddle Entertainment does NOT charge you to be listed on the site. However, as one of the UK’s largest and most respected agencies you will understand that we need to vet each act carefully, therefore nearly all applicants are rejected and only a few will be accepted.

Due to the large volume of act submissions, we are only able to respond to successful applicants. Before submitting your act please be aware that if successful we may market or advertise your act under a slightly different name – this is to protect us from clients contacting you directly.

If you would like to apply to be represented by Oddle Entertainment Agency Ltd we will require you to hold valid Public Liability Insurance and PAT certificates for all electrical equipment.

Please Note – Oddle Entertainment specialise in supplying one-off event entertainment – we do not specialise in long term contracts or residency work, however occasionally we do receive requests for this.

What To Expect

Here at Oddle we do things a little differently. Unlike most entertainment agencies who advertise many acts but tend to book only a small, core group of performers (unless a client specifically requests an act from their site) we like to do things our own way. This means more gigs for all our performers rather than a select few and allows us to distribute work more evenly.

At Oddle Entertainment we only work with the very best performers in the industry- people we can rely on to represent us and to create world class performances for our clients. This is why when you apply to be on our database we ask for your transport options and location along with your full skill set- it makes far more sense to us to pitch a performance rather than a person which we can then fill with the best individual for the job. This also means work is given to the most local performer which seems like a fair deal to us- since we have such high standards we know the performer we send to an event will be perfect for the client’s needs. Sending a client options to choose from in terms of individuals can cause problems- they can be put off by the simplest of things such as not liking the soundtrack in the showreel or a particular costume and even when you know the performer would be the best person for that job I can be impossible to convince them.

By reading this and applying to be represented by us you are agreeing we can distribute and utilise your promo material, including photos and videos, however we choose in order to maximise our efforts in securing work for you. For example if you are an aerialist your promo may be displayed on our aerial performer page- if a client specifically acknowledges your photo and asks for your particular act then we will contact you first. General enquires for an ‘aerialist’ will be given to the most suited performer in terms of location, style/skill, knowledge or equipment restrictions. This does result in much more work for all of our performers and ensure the client gets the best person for their job without having stressful decisions to make.

Since we don’t advertise our performers individually we also don’t tag our performers by name in social media postings. This is standard procedure for agencies. We do allow acts to tag us though- in fact we love seeing your posts at our gigs! So if you’d like to join our team and be part of one of the most creative and innovative entertainment companies in the UK please get in touch!
